Terms and conditions of use of the LLC Rolestream Website/App
These document constitute the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy (hereinafter both referred to as the “Legal Policies”) for the website/app (hereinafter, “Platform”) of LLC “Rolestream” (Reg. No. 405781195) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1. Acceptance of Legal Policies and rules for using the website/app
1.1 By visiting or using the Website/App (hereinafter, “Platform/Platforms”), including access or use through a computer, mobile device or mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Legal Policies regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. By availing any services by Company and/or its website/app, you signify your acceptance of these Legal Policies. If you do not accept these terms and conditions and privacy policy, do not use the Platform and/or any services by Company.
1.2 Furthermore to the above, by accessing, visiting, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Company website or application, Users expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registration may occur digitally through the platform or in person with assistance from the Company team. Furthermore, by receiving a confirmation code on their mobile phone number and entering said code during the registration process, Users confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to them in full.
1.3 Company website/app is an online/digital platform (hereinafter, “Platform”) designed to facilitate the discover of talents for participation in media, advertising, television,entertainment, documentary and other professional or creative projects. The platform serves as an intermediary by providing a digital environment for talent discovery, casting call announcements, and profile verification. Company platform enables registered users – talents to be seen and discovered for their artistic skills and/or personal interesting features relevant to media production. Company platform functions under transparent terms, subject to applicable Georgian law and individual contractual agreements.
1.4 If the Website/App includes offers from partner companies and corresponding hyperlinks, the Company’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy shall no longer apply once the user navigates to such hyperlinks. Instead, the terms and conditions set forth by the partner companies, as well as their privacy policies, will govern the user’s interaction with those external sites.
1.5 Any individual over the age of eighteen (18) may register. Users under the age of eighteen (18) (a “Young User”) are expressly prohibited from using the Company Website/App Services. Young Users may register only with parental or legal guardian consent, which must be confirmed during the registration process. Young Users who would like to participate in any services of the Website/App must have their parent or legal guardian (a “Parent Registered User”) register to use the Website/App, using including but not limited to the Parent Registered User’s name, email, personal information, and consent to and upload the Young User’s information to the Website/App. Parent Registered Users are responsible for directly engaging with all Services on the Website/App, including but not limited to submitting applications, uploading personal information, updating the settings of and terminating their account and thereby use of the Website/App on behalf of the applicable Young User.
1.6 For purposes of these Legal Policies, Parent Registered Users and their Young Users are deemed to be Users/Talents as used in these Legal Policies. Parent Registered User represents, warrants, understands, agrees to and accepts these Terms of Service, Conditions, Privacy Policy and any applicable additional terms in their entirety on behalf of theirself and their Young User whether or not they use Website/App. Parent Registered User also agrees that they are responsible for using and monitoring the account on behalf of their Young User. Parent Registered User further understands and agrees that they will ensure their Young User’s compliance with these Legal Policies and that they are responsible for any noncompliance by their Young User.
1.7 To use the Website/App properly, users must create an account through registration. Users agree to provide authentic, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the security of their account credentials. Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms.
1.8 The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue operation of the Website/App at any time, without prior notice, in this condition User’s personal information will be kept according to Georgian legislation. These Legal Policies may be amended or updated periodically, and users are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of the Company Platforms after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.9 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on objective circumstances and/or legitimate legal grounds, to delete, cancel, or block a User’s account at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide justification. In such case, the User’s personal data shall be retained and processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.

2. User Profile Registration and Platform Participation
2.1 Upon successful completion of the several-step simplified registration process, the User’s profile will be automatically included in Company general database.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property
3.1 Website/App features allows Users to upload or transmit data, information, text, images, software, audio, photographs, graphics, video, or other materials to the Website/App (“User Provided Content”). Users are solely responsible for all User Provided Content that they make available via the Website/App. Under no circumstances will Company be liable to users in any way for any User Provided Content that they upload, post, or otherwise make available via the Website/App including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in User Provided Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of User Provided Content. In addition, you hereby release Company from any and all claims, liens, demands, actions or suits in connection with the User Provided Content, including, without limitation, any and all liability for any use or nonuse of your User Provided Content, claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, emotional distress or economic loss.
3.2 All content within the Company Website/App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and images, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is used by the Company in accordance with applicable Georgian law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website/App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other form of use, reproduction, or distribution of the website’s/app’s content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability.
3.3 By using the Platform, Users grant Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute any content provided by the User—including but not limited to photographs, videos, profile information, and other media—for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes. This includes content captured during casting processes, shooting procedures, or live broadcasts, whether produced by LLC “Rolestream” or its partners. LLC “Rolestream” may publish such content on its official website, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), or partner channels. The purpose of such use is to promote the User’s professional visibility, reputation, and engagement with offers, projects, advertisements, and casting opportunities. Company reserves the right to edit or adapt the content as necessary, provided it is not used in a misleading or defamatory context.
3.4 The Website/App may include a special space/feature where users can receive information about projects offered by the Company or its partner companies.

4. Account Security and User Responsibilities
4.1 The user acknowledges and understands that their account username and password are confidential and is obligated to protect this information and not share it with others. In the event of unauthorized access to the user’s account due to sharing such information, the Company shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences. If the user’s username and password are unlawfully obtained by a third party and the user becomes aware of such access, the user is obligated to immediately notify the Company. Upon receiving such a request, the Company is required to take prompt action and temporarily block/deactivate the user’s account.
4.2 Users agree to use the Website/App in a lawful manner and shall not engage in any activity that may harm the Company, other users, or impair the functionality of the Website/App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, or using the app for any unlawful purposes and/or against the functional specifications of Company platform. Any such violations may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account and could lead to legal action.

5. Data Privacy, Processing, and Retention
5.1 By using Company platform, User agrees that any information shared by them with LLC “Rolestream” or with any provider will be subject to LLC “Rolestream” Privacy Policy and this Legal Policies.
5.2 Website/Application uses “Wordfence”. Wordfence is a security plugin that provides protection against hacker attacks, firewall blocking, virus scanning, and other security-related issues.
5.3 Company reserves the right to retain User’s information as long as account remains active and as necessary to provide the Services to them. After the termination of data processing in any form, Users personal information will be stored by the Processor in accordance with current legislation, for a period of no more than 1 (one) years. In case of any dispute related to the processing of User’s personal data, User’s information will be retained until the end of the relevant dispute.
5.4 Company is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of User’s Personal Information by Company’s partners and third parties outside the scope agreement between Rolestream and User with such Partners/Providers and third parties. Further, Company is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Company including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User etc.

6. Communication and Marketing
6.1 Users agree that Company may contact them through telephone, email, SMS, or any other electronic means of communication by itself or other, third-party partner companies for the purpose including of but not limited to:
– providing relevant offers and opportunities aligned with their professional abilities and profile; facilitating casting calls; presenting offers from partner companies; sharing media and advertising-related engagements; and delivering links or invitations related to such opportunities;
– Obtaining feedback in relation to Company platfroms or its services; and/or
– Resolving any complaints, information, or queries regarding Users ratings and reviews; and
– Users agree to provide their fullest cooperation further to such communication by Company.

7. Legal Compliance and Limitations of Liability
7.1 Users acknowledge, consent and agree that Company may access, preserve and disclose account information and User Provided Content that users provide if Company is required to do so by law or if it believes in good faith that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with legal process, (ii) enforce these Legal Policies, (iii) respond to claims that any User Provided Content violates the rights of third parties, (iv) respond to user’s requests for customer service, or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of Company, its employees, partners and agents or members of the public.
7.2 Company website/app serves solely as a digital platform facilitating contact between Users and hiring entities, LLC “Rolestream” is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any agreement, employment relationship, or engagement between Users and companies arising from use of the platform. Rolestream bears responsibility only for the contractual obligations it directly undertakes with either a User or a partners, individually.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Users agree that this Legal Policies and any contractual obligation between Company and User will be Governed by the laws of Georgia.
8.2 Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Legal Policy, or Users use of the Company Platform or the Services or information to which it gives access, shall be determined by respective courts of Georgia.

9. Acceptance of Terms of the agreement
9.1 Legal Policy constitutes the final agreement between the parties. By selecting electronic acceptance, the user agrees to the content, terms, and conditions outlined herein.
9.2 In the event of any changes to this Legal Policy, the updated version will be promptly published on the Company’s Platform. By agreeing to this Policy, the User acknowledges and accepts the obligation to regularly visit the Platform and review the Legal Policy for any updates.
